This week, our columnist Kirsty gives her expert advice on what to pack in your mum-to-be hospital bag
This time last year I was packing and repacking my hospital bag and just like my first time I lugged along plenty things I didn't need. To be fair, my husband will tell you I pack too much whether it's for a trip to the park or a family holiday. So here's what I actually found useful when giving birth, hopefully it'll help free up some space in your own bag!
The bag: I took a great, quilted holdall from Sweaty Betty that had an inner waterproof pocket. Great for post-shower kit or, indeed, dirty post-delivery clothes.
