Fur seems to be popular with lots of the brands here at Pitti Bimbo and Miss Grant echoed this with their fall 2012 catwalk show, sending out an assortment of fur creations.
The fur of choice was rabbit, dyed in bright and pastel shades, fashioning oversized handbags, earmuffs, shawls, mini skirts and, of course, full length coats. Rabbit fur mini skirts were an attention-grabbing choice, especially when dyed in bright pastels and creating an interesting sculptural outline.
If fur is not 'one's thing', Miss Grant did also cater for the animal lover with simple jersey tunic dresses fashioned in greys and pastel, slogan t-shirts decorated in crystals and sequins and chinos matched with denim shirts. Outfits were adorned with seventies style accessories, large trilbies, floral head scarves and striped tights.
Boyswear, a fairly new edition to the Miss Grant empire and aptly titled Grant Garcon, was agreeably casual for a brand so caught up in glamour and glitz. Smart cashmere and wool jumpers were matched with chinos and accessorised with cable knit scarves and hats for an understated boy about town.
