We love discovering new labels and meeting the designers behind the brand so were excited to catch up with Marine Lloris the founder of Manége en Sucre, a new girls capsule collection of party dresses perfect for the festive season and beyond.

Hi Marine, congratulations on the launch of Manège en Sucre, can you tell us a bit about it?

Thanks! I’m very excited about the launch of our capsule Christmas collection. Ever since I was a child, I was always creative – from painting to playing the piano – and growing up, I was drawn to textiles, different fabrics and the use of colour. So, as an adult I felt inspired to create something.

It was when I had my girls that I found the perfect opportunity to channel my passion for creativity with my love of fashion. My girls are my muses. They are very honest about the dresses and are always giving me ideas about how to make them even more special!

What can we expect from the capsule collection?

These capsule Christmas collection includes 11 dresses that are perfect for the party season for girls aged 2 – 12 years. They are all made here in London using the highest quality fabrics sourced from textile factories in the UK, France and Italy.

As you have launched your collection for Christmas, does this mean you’re a big Christmas fan?

Absolutely, it’s my favourite time of the year! I get very into the Christmas spirit and start planning my decorations earlier and earlier each year. We always stay in London for Christmas as it is a busy time for my husband, so everyone comes over to our house and we all celebrate together.

So, what can we expect to see from Manége en Sucre for next season?

The Spring/Summer collection is really beautiful. Some of my favourite pieces are pastel dresses in pink with pearl detailing and some really pretty party dresses, I hope everyone loves the collection as much as I do!
