Summer arrived early at the Hackett Spring/Summer ’12 press day, held in the exclusive shopping area of Old Bond Street.
For next season Hackett has stuck to its roots of old English style but has injected vibrant shots of colour. Boys are set to be transported back to Hawaii with floral shirts and brightly coloured shorts in traditional sihouettes. There will be no fading into the background next year.
There are the usual, classic polo shirts available, only this time the philosophy seemed to be the brighter the better. Vivid colours of red, blue and green could be seen around the venue. The shirts can be dressed up or down with a selection of fabulous smart blazers.
The company has also excitably revealed that they are due to launch a girlswear range so that now everyone can be dressed top to toe in the brand. Full of floral patterns and girly colours, it is perfect for little princesses. We can’t wait to see how they expand this collection.
