Charlie Superhero Underpants by Paul Bright and Lee Wildish (Little Toger Press, £5.99)

Often a superhero relies on special garments to assist with their transformation, but what happens when these special items of clothing disappear? When little Charlie's magic underpants are blown off the washing line he must chase them round the world meeting a menagerie of undergarment sporting animals along the way. Preschoolers should particularly enjoy the bold, vivid illustrations and hints at cheeky toilet humour.
