Talk To The Paw by Loretta D’Souza and Neil Seddon (BC Publishing, £4.99)

A must for cat fans, Talk To The Paw is a quirky and sweet tribute to everything we love and hate about cats. From their agility to their beauty, to their standoffishness and their charm – cats are independent creatures that sometimes need their space, but they are also good at showing true affection. Especially this naughty black cat that gets up to all sorts of hijinks!

Written in rhyme, the repetition of Talk To The Paw encourages children to interact with you whilst reading it, so it’s a fun read for everyone involved. Colourfully illustrated by Ewa Poklewska, this feline-themed tale by Loretta D’Souza and Neil Seddon will become a bedtime favourite for little cat lovers.
