Tangerines And Tea My Grandparents And Me by Ona Gritz (£5.99, Harry N. Abrams)

An inventive take on the classic ABC book format, using simple text and the context of a pair of siblings' visit to their grandparents house to explore fun activities from A-Z. Sweet, sorbet shaded illustrations with plenty of geometric shapes and symmetry make this an aesthetically pleasing read while the subtly educational slant provides an extra facet best suited to preschoolers.
